  1. In a bowl, combine the ZEYNA harissa, NARA olive oil, vinegar, a glass of water, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Prepare the ZEYNA Mechweya salad.
  3. Cut 20 slices from the baguette. Dip each slice into the mixture and arrange them on a plate.
  4. Boil the egg in boiling water for 5 minutes.
  5. Place a slightly less than full teaspoon of Mechweya salad, a cube of hard-boiled egg, and a bit of tuna on each slice. Enjoy your meal!
