Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Mix the milk and cornstarch over low heat.
  2. Add the sugar and ZEYNA geranium water.
  3. Stir constantly until you obtain a thick cream.
  4. Add the butter.
  5. Once it reaches the first boil, remove it from the heat and let the cream cool.
  6. Take the phyllo pastry sheets and cut each one into 3 pieces.
  7. Place 2 teaspoons of the cream on each piece.
  8. Fold to create a rectangle and roll it up.
  9. Heat the cooking oil and fry the sweet brikas (briket hlib) until they turn golden brown.
  10. Drain and sprinkle with crushed nuts.
