Mhammas Risotto Style

Ingredients

• 1 cup Zeyna Mhammas
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 300 g mushrooms
• 1 onion
• 2 garlic cloves
• Vegetable broth

• كوب واحد من  الممحص زينا
• 3 ملاعق كبيرة من زيت الزيتون
• 300 غرام فطر
• بصلة واحدة
• فصّان من الثوم
• مرق خضار

Preparation

1. Sauté the onion in olive oil until translucent.
2. Add garlic and mushrooms.
3. Stir in the Mhammas.
4. Gradually add the vegetable broth.
5. Cook until creamy.

1. يُشوّح البصل في زيت الزيتون حتى يصبح شفافًا.
2. يُضاف الثوم والفطر.
3. يُضاف الممحص ويُحرّك.
4. يُضاف مرق الخضار تدريجيًا مع التحريك.
5. يُطهى حتى يصبح القوام كريميًا.
