  1. Start by marinating the lamb pieces. In a large bowl, mix the lamb with chopped garlic, ZEYNA cumin, ZEYNA paprika, salt, pepper, and one tablespoon of NARA olive oil. Allow it to marinate for about 30 minutes.
  2. Cook the ZEYNA Nwasser , Typically, you boil them in salted water until they become tender. Drain them and set them aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the remaining NARA olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and stir-fry  them until they become translucent.
  4. Add the marinated lamb pieces to the skillet and brown them on all sides.
  5. Incorporate the diced bell peppers and chopped tomatoes into the skillet. Cook until the vegetables soften.
  6. Stir in the tomato paste, ZEYNA ground cumin, ZEYNA paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  7. Pour some water into the skillet to create a sauce, then bring it to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer until the lamb is well-cooked and the sauce slightly thickens.
  8. Add the cooked Nwasser to the skillet with the lamb and vegetable mixture. Mix well to combine the flavors.
  9. Adjust the seasoning to your taste.
  10. Just before serving, sprinkle chopped fresh ZEYNA coriander over the dish to add a fresh flavor.
  11. Serve the Lamb Nwasser hot as a main course.
