Start by preparing the ZEYNA Nwasser , Usually, you cook them in boiling salted water until they are tender. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the NARA olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and stir-fry it until it becomes translucent.
Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and brown them on all sides.
Add the chopped garlic, tomato paste, ZEYNA paprika, ZEYNA cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Pour water into the skillet to create the sauce and bring it to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce slightly thickens.
Just before serving, add the lemon juice to the chicken sauce and mix.
To serve, place the Nwasser in individual bowls and pour the chicken sauce over them.
Garnish each bowl with chopped fresh coriander.
