Tunisian Salad: 1 cucumber, 2 tomatoes, 1 onion, 1 bell pepper, 2 tablespoons of NARA olive oil, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, salt, ZEYNA black pepper, 1 tablespoon of ZEYNA dried mint.
ZEYNA Mechouia Salad
2 eggs.
2 potatoes
1 teaspoon of ZEYNA turmeric.
2 tablespoons of ZEYNA harissa.
Olives and capers.
Variations: MANAR Tuna, chopped parsley, and onion.
Tunisian Salad: Dice the vegetables, add NARA olive oil, lemon juice, and ZEYNA spices, and mix well.
Dice the potatoes, cook them in a pot of boiling water with salt and a bit of ZEYNA turmeric, then drain.
Heat the NARA oil, crack the eggs, and let them cook for 5 minutes.
In a plate, place the Tunisian salad, Mechouia salad, cooked potatoes, and add the eggs.
Add the MANAR tuna, variations, olives, and capers.
Add the ZEYNA harissa and sprinkle with chopped parsley and onion.
Finally, drizzle a few drops of NARA olive oil.
