Peel a potato and boil it in water for 20 minutes, then mash it. Set it aside. Peel and finely chop an onion, along with the parsley.
Heat a little NARA olive oil in a pan and sauté the ground beef for 7 to 8 minutes while stirring with a wooden spoon.
Mix the cooked ground beef, mashed potato, parsley, and onion. Add breadcrumbs and season with salt, ZEYNA pepper, ZEYNA cumin, and ZEYNA paprika. Mix thoroughly. Add an egg and mix well; the mixture should become a soft paste.
Heat some NARA oil in a pan. When the oil is hot enough, take a small amount of the paste, roll it in your hand, flatten it to form nice patties, and brown them for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
