Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon of ZEYNA black pepper.
- 1 teaspoon of ZEYNA coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon of ZEYNA turmeric.
- 1 teaspoon of ZEYNA dried mint.
- 500g finely minced meat.
- 1 teaspoon of salt.
- ½ glass of water.
Preparation:
- Mix the meat and the ZEYNA spices.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs of equal size.
- Heat the NARA olive oil in a pot.
- Add the meatballs and pour in the water.
- Cover and let it cook over medium heat until all the water evaporates.
