Ingredients:
- ½ teaspoon of ZEYNA turmeric
- 1 teaspoon of ZEYNA coriander
- 1 teaspoon of ZEYNA caraway
- 1 tablespoon of ZEYNA harissa
- 5 tablespoons of NARA olive oil
- Pinch of ZEYNA black pepper
- 4 tablespoons of ZEYNA couscous
- 1 bunch of flat-leaf parsley
- 1 bunch of Swiss chard (or 300g of spinach)
- 1 bunch of dill
- 400g of ground beef
- 2 onions
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- Salt
Preparation:
- Chop the onions, spinach, parsley, and dill together.
- Add the ZEYNA spices, egg, meat, ZEYNA harissa, and tomato paste.
- Mix well and knead by hand for 5 minutes. Add ZEYNA couscous and mix again for 10 minutes.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes, allowing the couscous to absorb the moisture. Then mix again until you have a cohesive mixture.
- Form large meatballs.
- Heat the NARA olive oil over medium heat and sear the meatballs for a few minutes on each side. Set aside.
