  1. Chop the onions, spinach, parsley, and dill together.
  2. Add the ZEYNA spices, egg, meat, ZEYNA harissa, and tomato paste.
  3. Mix well and knead by hand for 5 minutes. Add ZEYNA couscous and mix again for 10 minutes.
  4. Let it rest for 10 minutes, allowing the couscous to absorb the moisture. Then mix again until you have a cohesive mixture.
  5. Form large meatballs.
  6. Heat the NARA olive oil over medium heat and sear the meatballs for a few minutes on each side. Set aside.
