Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons of NARA olive oil
- 1 chicken breast, sliced
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- A few parsley leaves
- 1 lemon
Instructions:
- Steam the ZEYNA couscous.
- Grill the chicken slices.
- Cut the tomatoes in half and dice the bell pepper. Chop the parsley and ZEYNA mint leaves. Mix everything with the couscous seeds. Add the NARA olive oil, lemon juice, and garnish with the grilled chicken. Enjoy!
