Ingredients:
- 6 tablespoons ZEYNA geranium water
- 150g sugar
- Dates
- 100g butter
- 3 pomegranates
Instructions:
- In the lower part of the couscous steamer, bring water to a boil.
- Thoroughly mix the couscous with olive oil.
- Place the couscous mixture in the upper part of the couscous steamer and cook for 30 minutes.
- Transfer the couscous to a large bowl.
- Pour a portion of the boiling water over the couscous and mix.
- Return it to the upper part of the couscous steamer and cook for 20 minutes.
- Repeat this step twice, every 10 minutes.
- Once the masfouf is cooked, add the butter, sugar, geranium water, and mix well.
- Decorate with pomegranate seeds and dates. Enjoy!
