  1. In the lower part of the couscous steamer, bring water to a boil.
  2. Thoroughly mix the couscous with olive oil.
  3. Place the couscous mixture in the upper part of the couscous steamer and cook for 30 minutes.
  4. Transfer the couscous to a large bowl.
  5. Pour a portion of the boiling water over the couscous and mix.
  6. Return it to the upper part of the couscous steamer and cook for 20 minutes.
  7. Repeat this step twice, every 10 minutes.
  8. Once the masfouf is cooked, add the butter, sugar, geranium water, and mix well.
  9. Decorate with pomegranate seeds and dates. Enjoy!
