  1. In some oil, add the chopped onion.
  2. Stir in the tomato paste and the red bell pepper or ZEYNA harissa, and let it simmer.
  3. Add a glass of water.
  4. Include the soaked chickpeas.
  5. Cover the sauce.
  6. After 15 minutes, add the chopped carrots, turnips, and onions.
  7. Let it cook for 45 minutes, then add the potatoes.
  8. In the meantime, place the couscous in a large salad bowl, add a little oil and two small cups of water.
  9. Rub the couscous well.
  10. Pour it into the “keskes” and let it cook for 20 minutes.
  11. Once cooked, place the couscous in a large bowl, drizzle it with the red sauce, and garnish with the cooked vegetables.
