In a small bowl, mix together honey, warm water, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, ground nutmeg, and a pinch of salt.
Pour the honey mixture over the dry ingredients in the large mixing bowl. Stir well to combine until the mixture holds together. If it’s too dry, add a bit more warm water; if it’s too wet, add a little more ZEYNA Bsissa.
Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls.
Roll each ball in extra ZEYNA Bsissa to coat evenly.
Place the Bsissa balls on a tray and allow them to cool and harden.
