Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ZEYNA Bsissa, ground almonds, ground hazelnuts, ground walnuts, chopped dried apricots, and chopped pitted dates.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together honey, warm water, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, ground nutmeg, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Pour the honey mixture over the dry ingredients in the large mixing bowl. Stir well to combine until the mixture holds together. If it’s too dry, add a bit more warm water; if it’s too wet, add a little more ZEYNA Bsissa.
  4. Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls.
  5. Roll each ball in extra ZEYNA Bsissa to coat evenly.
  6. Place the Bsissa balls on a tray and allow them to cool and harden.
  7. Once they have set, your Bsissa balls with dried fruits are ready to serve. Enjoy!
